Strategic design and Graphic design, 2024
master in sensorial surface design
This project serve as a strategic marketing tool for Cromology, a color company, for reaching a new target audience - Gen Z.
The concept challenges the dominance of neutral tones in interior design by tapping into Gen Z's desire for individuality, creativity, and DIY culture.
It was designed in three stages: research into audiences, marketing strategy development, and the development of a visual tool.
The concept creates a dynamic and participatory relationship with color by providing a personalized, hands-on experience, allowing for deeper brand engagement.
Inspired by origami, pop-up design, and nostalgic collectibles, the designed tool is a small, business-card-sized platform that enables users to mix and match color swatches, personalize their palettes, and create a physical keepsake.
The final design not only serves as a memory piece, but it also functions as a business card, displaying their color selections and reinforcing both personal expression and brand connection.
